BookWelcome to Zephyr House
Welcome to Zephyr House — an immersive luxury retreat where island living meets the wild beauty of Southern Utah. Thoughtfully imagined, obsessively curated, and unlike anything else in the area, Zephyr was never intended to be “just another vacation rental.” It was created to be a destination in itself: a place where luxury feels effortless, where every room tells a story, where every design decision was intentional, and where adventure begins outside your front door with complete relaxation waiting when you return home.
Inspired by the timeless elegance of Mediterranean villas, the carefree rhythm of island life, and the creative spirit of Surf, Skate, Snow culture, Zephyr invites you to experience Southern Utah from an entirely different perspective. It was created from a simple belief: the places we stay should become part of our favorite memories.
Your Days
Wake to the quiet beauty of the desert with coffee on the balcony as the morning sun spills across the red cliffs. Spend your days chasing adventure — hiking the breathtaking trails of Zion, boating across the crystal-blue waters of Sand Hollow, exploring hidden canyons, or playing championship golf beneath endless blue skies. And then, just as the day reaches its peak, come home to Zephyr House.
Your Nights
Sink into the warmth of the sauna. Awaken your senses with a refreshing cold plunge. Slip into the jacuzzi beneath a sky overflowing with stars. Share long dinners outdoors as the desert glows in shades of gold and pink. Watch movies under the open sky, gather around the fire pit long after the sun has set, and lose track of time in the kind of conversations that only happen when life finally slows down.
Somewhere between the adventure and the stillness, you'll remember what vacation is really meant to feel like. This is the luxury of being present. This is island living — reimagined in the desert.
Surf • Skate • Snow • Stay Different
Surf is the calm — sunshine, freedom, barefoot mornings, and the ease of living a little slower.
Skate is creativity — individuality, self-expression, and the courage to embrace the unexpected.
Snow is adventure — Zion, Sand Hollow, mountain trails, and the wild beauty of Southern Utah.
Together they create something entirely unique.
A home where luxury feels effortless. Where every detail has purpose. Where every moment is designed to be remembered.
Inside Zephyr House
No two rooms at Zephyr House are alike. Each suite was thoughtfully curated and intentionally designed around its own unique story, creating five completely different experiences beneath one unforgettable roof.
The Signature Retreat
Our signature primary retreat was inspired by luxury island resorts and features custom handcrafted surfboards built in Oʻahu, rich natural textures, warm woods, elevated finishes, a spa-inspired ensuite, and a private balcony overlooking the peaceful desert landscape.
Suite 02
Soft, calming, and restorative. Designed to capture the serenity of island living, this suite invites you to completely unplug, breathe deeply, and settle into vacation mode the moment you arrive. Thoughtfully designed to transport you into the relaxed rhythm of island life, it's the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Suite 03
Sophisticated, masculine, and effortlessly cool. Featuring a king bed, moody textures, rich finishes, and the atmosphere of an exclusive whiskey lounge, this upstairs retreat was designed for late-night conversations after a day on the golf course or exploring the outdoors.
Suite 04
Elegant, playful, and beautifully feminine. Inspired by luxury dressing rooms and floral powder rooms, this queen suite is a favorite for girls' trips, bridal weekends, and anyone who appreciates beautiful design with thoughtful details.
Suite 05
The heartbeat of the house. Thoughtfully designed around the adventurous spirit of Zephyr House, this immersive bunk suite features six custom bunks, bold design, and seamless access to the rec room, bringing people together for unforgettable memories.
The Heart of the House
Just beyond the bunks, the rec room is where the house comes alive — pool table, arcade, a wall of skate decks, and the Zephyr neon glowing over late-night games. Designed as a destination of its own, it keeps the crew together long after checkout was supposed to happen.
